PORTSMOUTH, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 5, 2025--

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), a global leader in information management services, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.864 per share of common stock representing an increase of 10% which is payable on January 6, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2025.

“Based on our continued strong outlook for revenue and profitability growth and our excellent results year-to-date, we are increasing the dividend by 10%. This will mark the fourth consecutive year in which we have increased the dividend and aligns with our long term plan to increase the dividend alongside growth in AFFO per share,” said William L. Meaney, President and Chief Executive Officer.
