The Hydrow Arc Rower is an innovative machine with the same footprint as the flagship Hydrow Origin (formerly Pro) Rower, with new key features including an immersive 24” HD display and premium sound, its largest screen and most powerful speakers yet, and personalized workout recommendations, tailoring your routine to what you need the most to accomplish your goals.

The Hydrow Arc Rower also introduces HydroMetrics, a proprietary new training system that helps rowers understand their overall progress through intelligent stroke measurement and scoring. Each workout will result in a HydroMetrics Index (HMI) score – the composite of scores across Precision, Power, and Endurance – to track progress, celebrate milestones, and reach new fitness goals.
