About Grace Huebscher

Grace Huebscher has served in various executive and advisory roles throughout her 35-year career, including most recently as a member of the Board of Directors of Freddie Mac. Previously Ms. Huebscher served as President of Capital One Multifamily Finance and prior to that role, held the title of Chief Executive Officer of Beech Street Capital, a company she co-founded in 2009. She also previously held a variety of positions at Fannie Mae, including Vice President, Capital Markets. She is a former member of the Commercial Board of Governance of the Mortgage Bankers Association and currently serves as a director of The Kenyon Review.

Steven Bean has over 35 years’ experience in commercial real estate finance and commercial banking. From 2006 to 2020, Mr. Bean held various roles at Situs (later SitusAMC), most recently serving in the role of Vice Chairman. During his time with the firm, Mr. Bean was responsible for operational oversight of various divisions, including Business Development, Due Diligence & Underwriting, Consulting & Advisory and Staff Augmentation. Prior to Situs, Mr. Bean held senior roles at Global Realty Outsourcing, which created the first commercial real estate offshoring platform in India, and Univest/MortgageRamp, where he founded the CMBS services division. Mr. Bean also served as a member of the Commercial Board of Governors at the MBA and the Board of Advisors of the Leonard Wood for Commercial Real Estate Studies at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
