Brian Decker has funded over $1,200,000,000 in mortgage transactions throughout the Western United States during his career. He has been in the mortgage industry since 2005 and during this period of time has established himself as one of the hardest working individuals in the industry. Brian enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Alison, his four year old son Slater and six year old daughter Kinsley Grace. In Brian's spare time, he enjoys life as a "dance dad" for his daughter, real estate rehab/development projects, the gym, cooking and is an avid car enthusiast. Brian, his family and the entire Modern Lending Team love to donate to the Rose Again Foundation works to help meet the needs and enhance the lives of foster children and emancipated foster youth in our community.
