Aaron Zapata and Todd Anderson have over 30 years of combined real estate experience and work with home sellers and buyers in Southern California. Most of their clients end up leaving CA which has led them to develop strategies to make their moves as pain free and smooth as possible. They have helped over a hundred clients in the last three years. Aaron is a real estate Broker and also owns a Mortgage Brokerage business.
Both Aaron and Todd are married to their college sweethearts whom they both met at Biola University. Aaron and his wife have two boys and Todd and his wife have three daughters. Aaron enjoys golfing, mountain biking, and traveling. Todd enjoys hiking and both still and drone photography.
