OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 29, 2025--

Titan Nurse Staffing, LLC ("TNS"), a Delaware limited liability company, is pleased to announce its upcoming merger with Titan Medical Group, LLC ("Titan Medical"), also a Delaware limited liability company. Both TNS and Titan Medical are wholly owned subsidiaries of Titan Medical Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions nationwide.

Under the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger approved by both companies, TNS will merge with and into Titan Medical, with Titan Medical remaining as the surviving entity. The merger is expected to be finalized on March 30, 2025.

To ensure a seamless transition, a member of the Titan team will be reaching out to affected partners in the coming weeks. These communications will help facilitate the transfer of existing traveler assignments, as well as coordinate client service and billing operations under the unified Titan Medical brand.
