Thompson Street Capital Partners Portfolio Company PestCo Holdings Acquires Southwest Exterminating

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 9, 2025--

Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of Southwest Exterminating (Southwest) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers and a TSCP portfolio company. Based in Houston, TX, Southwest is a leading provider of commercial and residential pest control services in Texas. This acquisition represents a strategic expansion in the Houston market, one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
