Sterlington advised the management team of Peakstone Realty Trust (NYSE: PKST), an industrial real estate investment trust with a strategic focus on the industrial outdoor storage sector, in connection with its $1.2 billion all‑cash acquisition by Brookfield Asset Management.

Peakstone is an industrial real estate investment trust that owns and operates industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and traditional industrial properties, with a strategic focus on the IOS sector. The transaction has been unanimously approved by Peakstone’s Board of Trustees and is expected to close by the end of the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including shareholder approval.
