Infinity Natural Resources Increases Borrowing Base under its Credit Facility

MORGANTOWN, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 2, 2025--
Infinity Natural Resources, Inc. (“Infinity” or the “Company”) (NYSE: INR) announced today that its lenders increased the borrowing base under the Company’s credit agreement from $350 million to $375 million, effective October 1, 2025. This increase resulted from the regularly scheduled borrowing base redetermination and was supported by each of the lenders of the Company’s credit facility.
As of June 30, 2025, the Company had $34.4 million of borrowings outstanding under its credit facility, providing $340.6 million of unused capacity on a pro forma basis for the increased borrowing base of $375 million.
