Guardian Capital Partners (“Guardian”) today announced a majority recapitalization of Raptor Power Systems (“Raptor” or the “Company”), a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered power products serving data center and other mission-critical sectors. Guardian partnered with EA Advisors (“EAA”), a private investment firm led by industry veteran Alexis Stobbe, and Raptor’s founding family, Peter and Evan El Koury, to support the Company’s next phase of growth amid robust demand for reliable power solutions enabling the digital economy and essential infrastructure.

Founded in 1992, Raptor ( www.raptorpwr.com ) operates two U.S. production sites, including its newly completed headquarters and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Champaign, Illinois.
