Aidan brings extensive expertise in Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI) and Private Placement Annuities (PPA), with a proven track record of success in optimizing results for families and financial institutions.

Aidan joins Golconda Partners after a successful tenure as Managing Director at Cresset Capital, a prominent $55 billion multi-family office, where he led the firm’s PPLI and PPA division. During his time at Cresset, Aidan achieved significant milestones, including attracting over $500 million in Assets Under Management (AUM). His leadership also established Cresset as a national leader as an investment advisor for PPLI/PPA Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), and he played a pivotal role in creating strategic advisory initiatives that guided institutions in the implementation of PPLI/PPA SMAs and Insurance Dedicated Funds (IDFs).
