FTK Construction Services, a nationwide General Contractor specializing in Affordable Housing/LIHTC projects, has launched the rehabilitation project for Royal Crest Apartments in Dallas, Texas. The property was built in 1968, is two stories, and has 167 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The value of the contract is $21,841,978. The lender for the project is Capital One, and the Architect is Hooker DeJong, Inc.

FTK Construction Services has launched the rehabilitation project for a property in Dallas, Texas.

The owner of the property is Fairstead, a national vertically integrated real estate company headquartered in New York. Fairstead is focused on building sustainable communities across the nation. They develop, own, and manage over 28,000 apartments throughout the United States.

Interior renovations will include paint, cabinetry, countertops, door hardware, plumbing fixtures, flooring, light fixtures, ADA unit upgrades and HVAC updates. Additionally, there will be electrical enhancements. Common area upgrades will be in the Leasing Office and Community Building. Exterior renovations will include accessible walkways, parking area improvements and restriping, property signage, fencing repairs, a new playground, landscaping and picnic/BBQ area, and roof replacements.
