In her new role, Rachael will continue to support the agency’s roster of clients through senior-level strategy, drive team growth and mentorship, and business development initiatives.

Since launching in 2024, Category Communications has experienced rapid growth, securing significant new client wins, including Clutch, Xanadu, Merchant Growth, Singlekey, and Nextdoor.
