Ocasio-Cortez Calls For Young People to Reconsider Having Children

Democratic Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is once again facing backlash after posting a video on Instagram over the weekend to call on younger people to reconsider having children in the face of the end of the world through climate change.

As The New American reports, AOC claims in her video that disaster is just around the corner “if we don’t turn the ship around” – presumably through her controversial Green New Deal.

Based on that, the childless former bartender then claims “I think, young people have a legitimate question.... Is it OK to still have children?”

AOC goes on to call on people to consider whether they should have kids when “we have a moral obligation” to children already in the world.

AOC also complained about Sen. Diane Feinstein not backing her Green New Deal while Feinstein met with some activist school children.
