Former President Obama claims that his upcoming film projects that are in the works with Netflix will heal the political divide and tell America’s stories.

As Breitbart reports, earlier this week, Netflix announced it is partnering with Barack and Michelle Obama to develop original content for the video streaming giant. Details of how much they are getting paid for the deal are sketchy.

Speaking at a Las Vegas tech conference, Obama said he relied on “stories” to fuel his political career and wants to use his multi-year contract with Netflix to “train the next generation of leaders” share their stories.

A slew of Netflix subscribers said they would cancel their accounts after the deal with the Obamas went public.
