Following one of the most comprehensive evaluations of ambient AI technology in healthcare, MultiCare Health System, based in Tacoma, WA, has selected Ambience Healthcare for an enterprise-wide deployment of its AI platform for documentation, coding, and clinical workflows. The initiative advances clinician well-being, patient experience, and documentation quality across the organization.

The deployment follows a rigorous, head-to-head evaluation throughout 2025 that included more than 550 clinicians across more than 20 specialties. MultiCare evaluated three leading ambient AI solutions using a standardized framework focused on patient experience, clinician satisfaction, administrative burden reduction, and financial sustainability. Ambience demonstrated clear differentiation across usability, clinical impact, and provider satisfaction, emerging as the top-performing platform in the evaluation.
