HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 28, 2025--
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division and Management Controls Inc. (MCi) today announced the general availability of the EcoSys + myTrack Connector built on EcoSys ™ Connect, the first integration of its kind to seamlessly connect Hexagon’s EcoSys Enterprise Project Performance platform with MCi’s myTrack Contractor Data Management solution.
EcoSys Connect already integrates EcoSys with leading enterprise platforms such as SAP and Oracle Primavera P6, enabling organizations to unify scheduling and financial data. With the addition of MCi’s myTrack, project owners now have the missing piece of the enterprise project controls ecosystem: real-time, verified contractor actuals. The connector enables a complete view of project performance across cost, schedule, and execution.
The connector, supported by implementation expertise from FTI Consulting, is now available to customers and enables real-time reporting, including force reporting, for contractor labor, equipment, and materials across shutdowns, turnarounds, outages (STOs), and capital projects. By automating the flow of contractor cost data into EcoSys, the integration eliminates manual reconciliations and delays, empowering organizations to improve forecasting accuracy, accelerate project closeouts, and reduce financial leakage.
This launch marks the next significant step in the Hexagon–MCi partnership. “With the EcoSys + myTrack Connector, project owners now gain a real-time view of contractor costs and performance, strengthening financial controls and improving project predictability,” said MCi President, Ken Naughton.
Hexagon also emphasized the significance of the release. “We are fulfilling our commitment to give customers the most accurate, real-time cost and performance data possible,” said Corey Short, Vice President, Portfolio Strategy & Enablement. “Delivering the tightly integrated EcoSys + myTrack solution, in partnership with FTI Consulting, empowers organizations to achieve breakthrough improvements in STO and capital project outcomes.”
Key benefits Include:
- Seamless Integration: Connect MCi myTrack and EcoSys with EcoSys Connect alongside SAP and Oracle P6.
- Unified Data Sources: Bring in Oracle P6 scheduling data, MCi contractor actuals, and SAP order data to create a complete transaction-level view.
- Force Reporting: Real-time visibility into who is on-site against plan, including skills and fatigue management.
- Improved Reconciliation: Automated flow of actuals eliminates manual errors and speeds reconciliation cycles.
- Real-Time Reporting: Contractor costs from myTrack automatically populate EcoSys dashboards for up-to-date project performance.
- Predictable Outcomes: Enhanced accuracy and timeliness strengthen forecasting reliability and support confident project closeouts.
- Reshaping STO Intelligence: This formal integration delivers state-of-the-art real-time reporting for STOs and capital projects, increasing the speed and accuracy of information to stakeholders. By unifying portfolio & project planning/management (EcoSys), schedule (P6), order data (SAP), and contractor actuals (MCi), organizations gain a true single pane of glass for project performance, driving real operational value.
The connector is now available to EcoSys and myTrack customers worldwide, with implementation support provided in partnership with FTI Consulting.
