DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 24, 2025--

FronteraCare, a subsidiary of Frontera and a pioneer in advancing health equity, today announced the launch of its Diagnostics Network, a first-of-its-kind service that helps families bypass long waitlists and quickly understand their child's needs.

In a time when waitlists for assessment can be months long and getting answers about a child's needs can feel overwhelming, FronteraCare is offering a new path for families, ensuring they get the answers they need, when they need them. Traditional processes take 4 to 12 months; FronteraCare has gotten children into treatment in as little as 30 days.

"No children should feel stuck waiting, especially when we know how critical early intervention is when it comes to changing long-term outcomes for children," said Amol Deshpande, CEO and Co-Founder, Frontera. "Our Diagnostics Network shortens the time from concern to action as parents can get immediate insights from clinicians and get their child on the right path for their future."

How it works

The FronteraCare Diagnostics Network is a cutting-edge service that is designed to accelerate the time to diagnosis and treatment. The Diagnostics Network is powered by FronteraCare’s range of clinical experts and experienced psychologists.

Parents who have concerns about their child’s social, academic, emotional, or behavioral skills meet with a clinician to explain the issues their child is experiencing. The clinician then creates a personalized testing plan, conducts an initial assessment, and works closely with the parent, child, and even teachers to collect data points and insights to evaluate and analyze. Once testing is complete, parents receive a comprehensive report clearly explaining the findings and providing tailored and specific recommendations to guide next steps.

The result is that children get on the path that is best for them – faster than ever before.

Built with strong partners

The FronteraCare Diagnostics Network is launched in collaboration with other industry leaders including:

  • LinusBio brings its innovative platform technology and breakthrough science to characterize and map biological responses to environmental exposures over time, enabling the development of novel biomarkers. The company has developed ClearStrand-ASD, the world’s first biochemical screening test for autism, which can be used as early as 1 month of age to support early detection and intervention. This test can be conducted from home using a single strand of hair.
  • AT4K's combination of cutting-edge technology and extensive clinical team makes the evaluation process faster, more accurate, and family friendly.

LinusBio and AT4K have teamed up with FronteraCare to streamline virtual diagnosis while providing a 360-degree view into every child's unique needs.

From clarity to action

Every family that uses the FronteraCare Diagnostics Network leaves the process with a comprehensive report on their child and tangible next steps to take. These steps could be getting school support, an individual education program (IEP), connecting them with the right therapy options, or providing them with a range of resources — all without ever having to step into a clinic.

Why this matters

Today, as many as 1 in 5 people are estimated to be neurodiverse. And yet, the current system doesn't work efficiently for parents, clinicians, or most importantly, children.

“Families shouldn’t have to wait years for answers that can change a child’s future,” said Amol Deshpande, CEO of Frontera. “All are welcome to utilize this network as we continue to fulfill our mission to provide fast, affordable and high-quality access to care.”

Families can access the FronteraCare Diagnostics Network in all PSYPACT states with affordable self-pay options.
