Pastor Mike Levitsky
Mike has been married to his wife Stacy for 20 years and they have two boys, Samuel (15) and Simeon (11). Mike grew up in a Christian family and came to know Jesus at a young age. His ministry journey started early as he helped his parents serve families in need through their home based food ministry. Mike took up the drums in middle school and quickly found himself being used by God in worship ministry. After spending many years serving from behind an instrument, Mike felt called to lay down the sticks and pursue a teaching ministry. He spent the next 10 years honing his teaching skills as a classroom teacher and campus pastor at Packinghouse Christian Academy where he taught music and Bible. Mike then was called to be an associate pastor at Fellowship Church in Beaumont, CA where he served in the youth and music ministry for 6 years. A little more than a year after the pandemic started, Mike felt a strong call to leave Fellowship and take on the role of Senior pastor at Bryant Street Baptist Church.
Mike has an MTS from Gateway Seminary and is currently working on his Doctorate of Ministry. He has a passion for the Gospel and has a deep desire to help people of all ages understand the Bible, build Christ centered relationships, and become disciples who make disciples.
Mike serves as an adjunct professor at California Baptist University, Gateway Seminary, serves as a camp pastor for Lifeway Fuge camps and continues to pour into the lives of young believers. In his spare time Mike enjoys mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, and about a million other things!
