Terravet Real Estate Solutions, a leading real estate group focused on veterinary real estate, announced the conversion of a former furniture store into a 31,000-square-foot Veterinary Specialty Hospital facility outside of Sacramento in Roseville, California. Terravet invested a total of $14.5 million to buy the building and retrofit the space, with an additional investment from Ethos Veterinary Health.

Veterinary Specialty Hospital Roseville, an Ethos Veterinary Health hospital, previously operated as Atlantic Street Pet Emergency Center at its former location, a 4,300-square-foot space with inadequate parking, posing challenges for pet owners. In collaboration with Terravet, the new Veterinary Specialty Hospital Roseville now features ample parking and modern amenities to significantly enhance the pet wellness experience for local pet owners.
