Collective Excellence

Healthcare Hero
Emily Grooms, BSN, RN, RN-BC, Manager of Clinical Informatics at Goshen Health, is the first recipient of the award and was recognized for leading a quality improvement initiative using rule-based AI to detect sepsis early and prompt timely interventions.
