Virtus Investment Partners Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock

HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 11, 2025--

Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. (NYSE: VRTS), which operates a multi-boutique asset management business, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $2.40 per share for the fourth quarter of 2025.

The dividend will be paid on February 11, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2026. Future declarations of dividends will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
