Venture Global, Inc. Announces Record Date for Cash Dividend

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 1, 2025--

Venture Global, Inc. (“Venture Global”) (NYSE: VG) has announced today that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.017 per share on its Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2025.
