Valero Energy Corporation Declares Regular Cash Dividend on Common Stock

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 29, 2025--

The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO, “Valero”) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.13 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 18, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 20, 2025.
