NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 25, 2026--

Sangeetha Ramsagar has been selected as the Executive Director of the New Jersey Innovation Hub, Powered by Portal (NJIH) at the HELIX NJ. Ramsagar will lead strategy, operations, and ecosystem development for the 30,000-square-foot life sciences incubator, advancing its mission to accelerate the formation and growth of next-generation startup companies in New Jersey.

Her hiring marks a key milestone as the NJIH builds dedicated leadership to support founders translating scientific discovery into scalable companies.

Ramsagar brings more than 20 years of experience across pharma, biotechnology commercialization, venture strategy, and portfolio development. Most recently, she served as Founder and CEO of Kronos Health, where she advised emerging biotech companies on commercialization planning and portfolio strategy. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Flagship Pioneering, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer Healthcare, and Quest Diagnostics, where she guided oncology and neurology programs from early development through product launch and led business development and licensing initiatives advancing innovative therapies to market.

Drawing on experience within both venture-backed startups and global pharmaceutical leadership gives her a comprehensive perspective on the challenges companies face at each stage of growth. Having advised founders, evaluated early assets, and led product development and market advancement inside large pharma environments, she is well positioned to help startups scale operations, secure capital, and build strategic partnerships from day one.
