Permian Resources Declares Increased Quarterly Cash Dividend

MIDLAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 25, 2026--

Permian Resources Corporation (“Permian Resources” or the “Company”) (NYSE: PR) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly base cash dividend of $0.16 per share of Class A common stock, a 7% increase from $0.15 per share previously. The base dividend is payable on March 31, 2026 to shareholders of record as of March 17, 2026.
