Northside Tree Professionals Completes Third Acquisition of 2025, Rebrands Platform as Arbor Alliance

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 10, 2025--

Northside Tree Professionals (“Northside”), a leading provider of tree care services based in Atlanta, GA, announced today the successful completion of an undisclosed acquisition in Jacksonville, FL. This acquisition marks Northside’s third of 2025, following a growth equity investment from Caravel Capital. Northside previously acquired Holcomb Tree Service (Dallas, TX) and Georgia Tree Company (Atlanta, GA) in April and July of 2025, respectively. As part of its strategic growth plan, the company has also rebranded its platform as Arbor Alliance, reflecting a coalition of premier tree care companies committed to industry excellence, innovation, and customer service.
