Dentalcorp will hold its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders on May 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. ET. To permit registered shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders to have an equal opportunity to participate, vote and submit questions, regardless of their geographic location, the Meeting will be held in a virtual-only format.
