Heather brings more than a decade of experience, recruiting C-suite and senior leaders in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. She partners with clients to design high-impact search strategies that build resilient leadership teams and accelerate value creation. Known for her direct communication style and execution-focused approach, Heather has deep expertise placing leaders across operations, engineering, and supply chain functions.

A lifelong North Carolinian, Heather has lived throughout the state from the mountains to the coast and now resides in the Greensboro area. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and Finance from Guilford College. Outside of work, she stays active through hiking or training at her local CrossFit gym.
