AKRON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 24, 2025--

Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE:BW) (B&W) today announced that Henry Bartoli has retired from his position as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective November 21, 2025. He has been a member of the leadership team since 2018.
