Word of THE Father… NOW in FLESH appearing!

Couldn’t you just spend all night wrapping your mind around the “Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing?”

Jesus coming in a manger so God could be with man. Jesus going to a cross so man could be with God. It’s stunning!

Resist the urge to be satisfied and fulfilled by a gift or a meal, a moment or a guest—or the lack of such.

Resist the urge to be too proud of what you’ve prepared or provided at Christmas.
Nothing compares to our glorious Savior.

Let there be a gap between what your soul needed and the world provided. And then, REFUSE to try to fill it with stuff.

Not to make yourself miserable with disappointment in what the earth lacks, but hopeful and grateful in all that Heaven does not.

God with us *in flesh* for a moment in time, so we may be with Him for all time. Jesus with us *in Spirit* so He May live *in us* for all time.

Jesus is the best gift. Let Him be.
O Come Let Us Adore HIM!

Let us adore Him, like we adore nothing else on earth… without reservation or hesitation, with fullness and faithfulness, with a joy, gratitude and longing that is ill-placed anywhere else and on anyone else.

For He alone IS WORTHY.
