NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar 24, 2026--

Cerebral, a prominent provider of integrated mental health care, today announced its acquisition of Inflow, a personalized ADHD digital therapeutic app, reinforcing Cerebral’s mission of delivering accessible, quality behavioral healthcare.

The addition of Inflow allows Cerebral to provide additional continuous support options to its patients with ADHD beyond their appointments, by combining clinical care with personalized engagement tools and helping them build long-term, measurable skills. The integrated offering seeks to improve patients’ outcomes over time, lowering the total cost of care.

“High quality ADHD treatments are a significant and growing area of need, underscoring the importance of scalable, validated tools that offer support both during and in between sessions,” said Dr. Carl Marci, Chief Medical Officer of Cerebral. “With Inflow, we can further serve our patients by strengthening everyday coping skills and fostering long-term, lifelong resilience.”

Adult ADHD prevalence has been on the rise in recent years, from ~4.4% historically to ~6.0% in 2023 ( CDC ). Approximately 36.5% of adults diagnosed with ADHD in the U.S. receive no formal treatment ( CDC ), suggesting a high degree of unmet clinical need.

Inflow is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles and offers its subscribers short, science-based lessons and daily skills-based modules that help them build awareness, change habits, and manage their ADHD day-to-day. The acquisition expands Cerebral’s treatment portfolio to include enhanced ADHD-specific programs and digital tools enabling more personalized pathways and continuous care tailored to each individual’s needs.

“Cerebral shares our vision for delivering evidenced-based support that builds skills and long term success, and we couldn’t be more excited to enter this next chapter in the delivery of continuous care. This partnership allows us to leverage our personalized approach, while benefiting from Cerebral’s clinical rigor, proven Resilience Methodology, and scale,” said Levi Epstein, CEO and Co-Founder of Inflow.

With Inflow, Cerebral now offers a more comprehensive continuum of care for individuals with ADHD—further supporting patients from diagnosis through ongoing treatment (including therapy and medication management options), and between-session skills training and support. Both companies will continue to operate as separate platforms. Cerebral clinicians will now be more readily accessible for any member of Inflow seeking therapy with quick turn around time for an appointment.
