DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 6, 2025--

Ochsner Interests, Inc., today announced that it served as exclusive financial advisor to STAT Energy, LLC, a subsidiary of Wolverine Holdings, in connection with the sale of its ERCOT retail electricity customer portfolio to Spark HoldCo, LLC, an affiliate of Via Renewables, Inc. The transaction underscores continued consolidation among ERCOT retail electricity providers as strategic buyers pursue aggregation and customer-origination capabilities. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
